Easy to use and customizable, Paper-Free. We don't have to print papers anymore every morning, I can just check the App for the status of an ocular inspection or ITM Activity. I will know whether they have a report for a particular day or not.

Had absolutely no issues modifying the existing forms to serve our needs and what I did have to create was relatively easy due to how intuitive the Form Build software is. We had pretty high expectations and in almost every way they were met.

It is friendly and you can customize it as per our request. I do not have to use paper and formats that normally we have to fill on the field, I can access all my data every time, also our clients, you can download reports, etc, and the most important thing is that my JOYFILL support just hear all my suggestion and he tries to do the best in order to comply it !!!

It's a tie between how easy it is to use for the admin and the technicians. Especially importing an old report. It has saved days worth of work. I have had nothing but an easy experience customer service wise and being able to customize it ourselves that I can't complain.
