Delete your Joyfill account and data

You can request permanent deletion of your Joyfill account and the personal data associated with it. This applies to the Joyfill mobile app (Google Play and App Store) and the Joyfill web app.

You do not need to sign in or reinstall the Joyfill app to submit a request.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Email support@joyfill.io with the subject line "Joyfill permanent account deletion request."

Please include:

- The email address associated with your Joyfill account
- Your company or workspace name, if applicable
- Whether you are the account owner for your company's Joyfill workspace

Please do not include your password or any payment information.

To protect your account, we only process deletion requests sent from the email address associated with the account. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact support@joyfill.io and we will help verify your identity another way.

WHAT GETS DELETED

When we process your request, we permanently delete:

- Your Joyfill account and login credentials
- Your profile information, such as your name, email address, and phone number
- Other personal data associated with your account

IF YOU ARE PART OF A COMPANY WORKSPACE

If you use Joyfill as a member of your company's workspace, deleting your account removes your personal account and profile data. Inspection reports, forms, and other records you created for your company belong to that company and remain in its workspace, which is managed by your company's account owner.

Only a workspace account owner can request deletion of an entire company workspace and its data. If you are the account owner and want your full workspace deleted, say so in your email. Any active subscription must be canceled before the workspace is deleted, and we will help you with that as part of the process.

DATA WE MAY RETAIN

We may keep certain information when we are required to by law or need it for legitimate business purposes, such as billing and transaction records, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes. We keep this information only as long as necessary and then delete it. Copies in our system backups are removed as backups are overwritten, within 30 days.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

We complete deletion within 1–5 business days of verifying your request. When it's done, we will send a confirmation to the email address on your account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
