The Challenges

On another reporting platform, paperwork followed the team home. The team builds and adjusts its own forms, adds comments, marks items N/A, attaches multiple photos to deficiencies and notes, and imports from a previous submission so recurring annual inspections start from last year's record instead of a blank page. Technicians create their own sites and customers from the field, so an unlisted property doesn't stop the work.

The office can unlock a submitted form and hand a correction back to the technician who made it, rather than quietly fixing it internally. Mistakes get fixed by the person who made them, which is why they stop recurring.

The Results

Compared with the alternative platform, Joyfill saves the team two to four hours per large report on average, and three to four hours a day on the biggest alarm inspections. The four hours of evening paperwork that used to follow a full day on site is gone.
